Piping hot, delivered on time and no quality issues whatsoever. Great fish and chips, batter still had that crunch you hope for.

Pizza was soggy , special fish was in batter not breadcrumbs , overall very disappointing

For a Monday evening the service was really slow. Delivery was 50 minutes after stated delivery time and all food was luke warm when arrived. When I called to query time I was told was next to leave shop yet still took a further 30 minutes to arrive

Food wasn't piping hot like normal, was barely warm. Was also delivered later than time specified. Fritters (5) was only Fritters (4) other than that, food would've been great if piping hot

Fish wasn’t really hot

Ordered at 5.20 pm with delivery time of 6.20. Food didn’t arrive until 6.40 and was warm but not hot. Understand delays can happen and won’t stop us ordering again

Seems our food was lying on its side during delivery so quite a lot of curry sauce had leaked out. Everyone enjoyed their food though.

Ordered supper, yet no chips arrived with order, so called by phone to let them know, said were going to refund cost of supper they made a mistake on, now a week on, no refund. delivered chips eventually, after meal was already finished. always went here, wont be back...

Food was delicious, plenty of it. The only tiny criticism was it could have been a bit hotter, apart from that it was amazing, tasty and good value for money.

the fish suppers were amazing, this is the 2nd time we have had food from here, we would have liked the curry sauce to be in a tub, however this was a minor thing, all in all was truly amazing. Thank you,xx
