Got the bargain box with fish, was amazing 🤩

Loads of black chips, burgers like cheap mush

I've only gave 3 stars as they had forgotten my bottle of brown sauce, then another 35 minutes to get the sauce delivered by that time my dinner was cold, I can't eat a chippy without brown sauce and they never put enough on so I thought I'd be safer ordering a bottle. The only reason I ordered a delivery was because my oven is broken and not fixed until Tuesday, so I am a bit dissapointed. I managed to look out my air fryer and heat it up but it wasn't quite the same, and by that point I was over it. But the flavour was lovely, my parents enjoyed theirs, my dad said it was a lovely bit of fish and the chips were not greasy. I think if it hadn't been for the mix up I probably would have given 5* or if they'd sent up a few nutella balls to say sorry I might have given 5* 😂 Although it was really nice of them to drop the sauce off eventually, so I've given 5* for the customer service.

First time trying the crunchy box, every item cooked to perfection, was great value for money, very impressed indeed, a little bit of something for everybody to enjoy in this box, happy bellies equals happy mummy & happy babies 😁 yum x

1 hour 40 minutes for delivery unacceptable

A few times things just haven't tasted fresh at all, was the same last night and a funny taste of oil and was also a bit on the cooler side rather than piping hot.

I ordered the delivery for 7pm, and it arrived at 5pm.

I had ordered 4 meals 1 was missing from order phoned shop,spoke with the staff,arrived at my door 5 mins later good service from staff & delivery driver
