The worst meal I have ever had from Brunos have used for years and always good until now, will never use again

Special fish breadcrumbs not as good as a few years ago when they were finer and a more orange colour compared to today’s yellow rough crumbs and batter comes away from fish too easily

Food was delicious

I did not get my juice and it was cold

Easy to order was ready for pick up , food fab and piping hot x

First time of using the delivery service and very happy with it and was prompt The fish and chips was good and lovely and hot Will use the service again Thank you

Order arrived 40 minutes early(had selected 1900) food arrived and my husband not back from work yet! This is not the first time this has happened!!!! Had to reheat everything! Not such a good experience

When I ordered the food it was a 40min wait which was fine but it was delivered within 20min which is fantastic and was piping hot ,lovely fish and chips.

For a Monday evening the service was really slow. Delivery was 50 minutes after stated delivery time and all food was luke warm when arrived. When I called to query time I was told was next to leave shop yet still took a further 30 minutes to arrive

Food wasn't piping hot like normal, was barely warm. Was also delivered later than time specified. Fritters (5) was only Fritters (4) other than that, food would've been great if piping hot
